The Ozwin VIP program has six levels, and you are on the first one the moment the account opens. Tourist is level 0.5, then come Pathfinder 1, Adventurer 2, Expert 3, Hero 4 and Absolute Legend 5.
What moves you up is not published. The loyalty page talks about time, experience and loyalty, and the FAQ has an entry on comp points, but there are no thresholds, no points-per-dollar rate and no review period on the public pages. The terms add one hard rule: comp points come only from wagers with deposited money or with a bonus tied to a deposit.
One line on that page deserves attention: management may withhold a bonus offer in individual cases. In other words, a level is a description of perks, not a contract. Compare it with the welcome deal on the Ozwin bonus page, which at least has fixed codes: 200% up to $2,000 twice, from $20 each.
The ladder also sits beside, not inside, the World of Ozwin. That missions area has its own store, where purchases are final and a bought bonus expires if it is not redeemed within seven days.
How much cashback does each level pay?
Cashback rises by 5 points per level: 25% at Tourist, 30% Pathfinder, 35% Adventurer, 40% Expert, 45% Hero and 50% at Absolute Legend.
Take a $400 base for the month, purely to see the gap. Ozwin does not define on its public pages what the base is, so ask in chat before counting on it.
| Level | Cashback rate | Back on a $400 base |
|---|---|---|
| Tourist | 25% | $100 |
| Pathfinder | 30% | $120 |
| Adventurer | 35% | $140 |
| Expert | 40% | $160 |
| Hero | 45% | $180 |
| Absolute Legend | 50% | $200 |
Cashback is not free cash either. The terms put cashback under the $10 maximum bet during playthrough and treat cashback balances like bonus money when a Lobby Jackpot lands. The daily bonus grows alongside: Daily, Medium, Medium-high, High, Super and Monster. Its size in dollars is not published at any level.
The same promotional rules cover every level. A cashback cannot be stacked on an existing playable balance, no bonus is credited while a withdrawal is pending, and management may change or end any promotion without notice. Higher cashback does not lift the A$7,500 weekly withdrawal ceiling either.
| Level | Cashback | Support | Daily bonus | Extra |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Tourist | 25% | 24/7 Support | Daily bonus | none |
| Pathfinder | 30% | 24/7 Support | Medium daily bonus | none |
| Adventurer | 35% | 24/7 Priority Support | Medium-high daily bonus | none |
| Expert | 40% | 24/7 Priority Support | High daily bonus | none |
| Hero | 45% | 24/7 Premium Support | Super daily bonus | VIP rewards |
| Absolute Legend | 50% | 24/7 Premium Support | Monster daily bonus | Personal VIP host |

What does the personal VIP host do?
Only Absolute Legend gets one. Hero, the level below, gets a 'Caring VIP team' and 24/7 Premium support instead.
The two top levels differ in fewer ways than the names suggest. Side by side, from the loyalty and promotions pages:
| Perk | Hero | Absolute Legend |
|---|---|---|
| Cashback | 45% | 50% |
| Support | 24/7 Premium | 24/7 Premium |
| Daily bonus | Super | Monster |
| Personal contact | Caring VIP team | Personal VIP host |
| VIP Rewards | yes | yes |
The page does not list the host's duties. On Trustpilot, nobody we read describes a VIP host at all, and one player wrote that loyalty status was removed after a small win.
Reaching Hero is the only way to see what VIP Rewards are, since the promotions page shows the tile with no amounts. Until then, the cashback rate and the daily bonus tier are the only perks you can compare between levels, and both are listed above.
What a host can realistically sort out for you, based on the terms:
- Higher or lower weekly withdrawal limits, which the terms allow management to set per account.
- Cash Boomerang cashback claims, which are made by contacting the support team anyway.
- Deposit limits and self-exclusion, both handled by support on request by email or chat.
- Questions on VIP Rewards, which open at Hero and Absolute Legend according to the promotions page.
Are VIP rewards worth chasing on a budget?
On a small budget, no. The first jump, Tourist to Pathfinder, adds 5 points of cashback, worth $5 on a $100 base. Priority support starts at Adventurer, the third level, and nobody knows from the public pages how much play that takes.
Comp points come only from wagers with deposited money or deposit bonuses, so free chips do not count. And the weekly cap of A$7,500 applies at every level unless management changes it.
The cheaper extras do not need a level at all. The Crystal Ball draw pays $25 to $500 to anyone with $100 deposited, OzDeal gives three bonuses for two deposits on Fridays, and the Sunday free bonus is open from Tourist. The World of Ozwin missions sit outside the ladder too; one reviewer found them a bit dull, another liked them.
If you play anyway, set a deposit limit with support first. Climbing is not a reason to deposit more. Free support: Gambling Help Online, 1800 858 858.
Loyalty perks as Ozwin players describe them
Says the loyalty level and points were taken away after a small win, with total withdrawals of only about $280. Ozwin apologised and offered to check the account.
Likes how many games there are and how often new ones arrive, rates the bonuses and singles out the World of Ozwin missions as a reason to keep playing.
Gives four stars: the World of Ozwin missions feel a little repetitive after a while, but the games themselves are rated highly and keep this player coming back.
Player reviews from Trustpilot, paraphrased. TrustScore 4.1 out of 5 from 809 reviews in October.
Ozwin questions, answered briefly
How do I join the Ozwin VIP program?
There is nothing to join. Every account starts at Tourist with 25% cashback and a daily bonus, and moves up through play with deposited money. Ozwin does not publish the thresholds or how often levels are reviewed, so the only way to learn your progress is to ask live chat.
What are the Ozwin levels?
Six: Tourist, Pathfinder, Adventurer, Expert, Hero and Absolute Legend, numbered 0.5 to 5 on the loyalty page. Only the last one comes with a personal VIP host; Hero gets a VIP team. Priority support starts at Adventurer and Premium support at Hero.
Is cashback paid in cash or bonus?
Not straight away. Cashback is played through like a bonus, with a $10 maximum bet, and a withdrawable balance from it must be cashed out within 150 days of redemption. Cash Boomerang has to be requested in live chat, and no bonus is credited while a withdrawal is still pending.
What earns comp points at Ozwin?
Wagers made with your deposited money or with a bonus tied to a deposit. Free bonuses earn no comp points, and neither does the $10 free chip from OZWELCOME-A. Expiry rules are not published.
Can my VIP level drop?
Ozwin does not say how levels are kept. One Trustpilot reviewer reported losing loyalty status and points after a small win, and management can withhold perks case by case. Ask chat to confirm your level in writing, and keep the transcript with your account records.
